Does this look familiar? I bet it does. The dress is Gareth Ough fall 2008 RTW, worn by Beyonce at the EMAs in Liverpool while performing her last single "If i were a boy". I was quite shicked to see her live in that dress :P
It's refreshing to see an outfit that stands out as much as hers. Fearless!:D
